Just curious - as responsibilities continue to escalate, is it possible for a level 18 PM to downgrade to a level 11? i am currently experiencing health issues of a chronic nature and finding the constant and added stress in my office overwhelming. My work record both in craft in management is impeccable. I have over 24 years of service and just hoping to make it to retirement. Any advice appreciated.

I guess it is possible as long as there are still Level 11's.

And that's why I stay at my level 11 office. The extra money is not worth the extra headaches.

Read the reply named "Lenny" and that is how I feel.

Where it says to not send in your VOE survey, it means do not turn it in at all. If you check off the part that says that you do not wish to participate and turn it in, they still get credit for you completing it. Just rip it up and throw it away!

Now have to submit daily carrier pivot plan to MPOO for approval. Not capturing enough under time or reducing hours by 7% as expected . Anyone else have to do the same, curious?

/m2482 Just begin doing to the Carriers like has been done to the Clerk Craft...start actually going out and carrying tid-bits of their routes. Do it a little at a time, you know to catch "Undertime"...and eventually it will spiral like when some started doing PO Box mail and window duties. It'll end up your job soon enough. IT IS ALL UNDERTIME to those above you! Keep the ball rolling.
