Currently all that is on the site is a picture of the band member who was voted 'ugliest bassist ever' at the 2002 Inutility Member Awards Show, but more will be up soon. Well, the halloween show was a huge success!! Drawing a crowd of over fifteen,the eight members of INUTILITY not only rocked all night, but rolled as well. Never before have the boys sounded so good. Highlights of the night included a stunning opening tuba/cowbell duo on the song "Mixed Emotions" and a guest appearance from favorite local polka-rockers The Painful Vibrators. Hope to see you at the upcoming Thanksgiving show, where all the members of the band will dress up as Pilgrims and Indians (native american, not Indian) and kill each other.

we have a new development in band news: Sean, Kamran, and Mike have all quit the band. Sam, George, Bill, John, and Bob will be going on tour later this month, and the three absent members will be replaced by Paul on tuba, Enrique on timbales and Mitch singing and playing melodic cowbell. The band is glad to be rid of this dead weight, and is looking forward to seeing you at their upcoming halloween concert. And let me tell you, Red Rum sounds damn good on cowbell!

We've added a full brass section to the band. The new members include Sam on trombone, George on Saxophone, and Bill and John on trumpet. We are currently looking for a violinist and a cellist, so make sure to call if you play these instruments.

I had an incredible time in Inutility, I honestly wouldn't trade the experience. We met some awesome people (Random Fit, Acoustic Trauma, the Lost Boys) and made alot of friends. I wouldn't be the same today without all of the shows and practices. I hope to continue with music in some way, but Inutility will always be a love of mine. We'll always be that annoying, terrible band playing in Mike's basement...and I'm going to miss it. My love goes to Kamran and Mike, all of the people who have supported us, and meat. I do like my meat...INUTILITY SUCKS! :-)

I had a lot of fun at the final show last Thursday, and all the shows and practices and everything else over the past four or five or however long it's been years. I'd just like to thank everyone who came to a show or bought an album or said something nice about us. I listened to your CD. It is excellent. I will write a nice long review and then buile a zine around you guys...........nah that's too much work and I'm a lazy bastard. So I'll be home for your Lena's show in March.
Oh and Kamran.... Since you gave me the CD does this mean you own my soul now? Just checking. Cause I seem to have lost mine. I think I left it in Liz's car. Can you ask her if I left it there.

We are now going to start work on some new material, including some acoustic stuff, for an upcoming album. There should be at least one more release by INUTILITY before the summer. We'll keep everyone posted as soon as we write new songs or have information.
