the leaflets are just like religious tracts and done by chaplins and printers in the army. I think they do an emence job since I found 24 items on the internet about the leaflets and twenty sites containing leaflets now and then

No chaplains prepare leflets in the military. In fact, none really have a religious message except for one which wished the Afghans a happy end of Ramadan. The leaflets are mostly prepared by the 4th group out of Ft. Bragg.

I know this. They help decide what will be printed in the leaflets along with officers. Then A co 3rd BN who are attached to 8th BN, print them up. They help decide what and how many, and where they will be dropped.

The leaflets are almost like religious tracts that are pasted out.
