a tip on buying gackt CDs and latest books, you should tryp www.hmv.jp (i'm not too sure about the URL but it is the Japan website for HMV a music store if u dont know it) they have an English website too so dont worry if your japanese isn't up to standard. you can even get on the mailing list and they will keep u updated on latest gackt items. plus they do ship overseas and you can check up on prices there.
for gackt's new clips you can try "muse". dont have the link but you can try searching online by typing in gackt + muse. it should work.

about the pendant you can try ebay. i've seen some of the replicas there.
also they have this website but i forgot the URL. but also unfortunately they only ship to Japan.
