In equation 19 could anyone tell me what Rbeta and Rgamma represent? My understanding is that Ralpha can be any one of the three rows of R (alpha = 1,2,3).
If Walpha represents any one of three new vectors then what does Wbeta and Wgamma represent? - (see equations 25-27)
