It's not a crime. Teletubbies were ruled to not be sapient life forms a couple of years ago. Shoot 'em, cut them up and feed them to Nunu, drown 'em in custard, it's all O.K.
Just make sure that what you're shooting is a real teletubby, and not an actor in a suit.
