A quick check of the local (north-east Calgary) Toys 'R' Us revealed several "toy" digital cameras; the most expensive one was an Intel-brand one, but the one I'd get is about the size and shape of an old-school highlighter pen (remember those flat, blocky ones from the 1980's?).

Cool Camera, at that price point, ~8K yen, I can afford to give one each to my kids and not freak if they break it. I can imagine tweens and younger having pictures like mad and swapping them via email.
