yes, they do have the archives, but there are well over 14 million people in the NYC,NJ and NYstate area who can listen to WFMU from a traditional radio and in the car.

Hell yeah! Thats because WFMU is the best radio station there is. i was lucky enough to grow up on its brilliance.
for those who are unfamiliar with the station- it is completely free form. That measn that sometimes you will tune it in and you cannot STAND what they are playing- it makes you run to turn it off! But other times, you will be overwhelmed at how great the DJ is.
just a little caveat to those who will tune in now to check it out. don't be scared off if you don't care for the DJ you tune into. There are a wide array of different programs on and its ALL commercial free.
