Make it a RV/submarine and we've got something.

I just don't see the point of going out to sea on a "boat" that would act like a large, closed, swinging pendulum on the open water. I can ride Body Wars at Disneyland if I want that kind of experience.

I only look at amphibious buses if there are QTVRs of them.

They use these things as tour buses in various places in North America. They have a nasty habit of sinking and killing passengers:

They have tour buses like that in ... portland or seattle, I forget... they're old military vehicles painted bright yellow. Kinda neat.
