Has anyone got any ideas on how to sell an e-ticket flight out to Ibiza this monday? Booked it a while ago, but can't make it anymore and need to sell/change the name on my non-refundable ticket..... £100 for a return flight from Birmingham, but open to bartering!

The island is called Eivissa! You would not like England to be called Angleterre either. This beautiful island is so much more than drunken Brits and other partying drug addicts. Learn to love and respect it or just leave it!

Seeing as the male/female ratio in Ibiza is reportedly about 8/1 during the summer, by reading this blog you may just have seen every girl on the island.

Well, you raise a good point, but I did say that I despise all norms and surface dwellers. And I stand by that! :)

Pretty people shaking their booty is fine, I guess. I just thought the blog came across as particularly vacuous. Like listening to a drugged out Olsen twin or something.

But I don't intend to read it after my initial glance, so problem solved (for me, at any rate).

I mean, really, who cares? A bunch of people with a lot of disposable income and chemical dependencies look pretty and shake their booty. And.....?

Replace "look pretty and shake their booty" with:

a) Spend long hours in front of a computer screen and write crazy code,
b) Spend long hours at a sports stadium (or in front of a TV) cheering their favorite team,
c) Spend evenings at a coffee shop conversing with random passerbys...

I realized a while ago -- all fanatics seem idiotic to everyone else, be they technophiles, sports fans, or peoplewatchers. And that's OK. If we didn't look like idiots, there'd be no differentiation going on. As phrases like "Dockers Convention" show, total uniformity is bad, mmmkay?

And between you and me, pretty people shaking their booty is alright by me.

No, you should say "Summer in Ibitha"

The Castellano (Castillian) accent pronounces "C"s and "Z"s as "th" but pronounces "S"s as normal "S"s.

For example, "Gracias" sounds like "Grathias" and not "Grathiath".

It's not a lisp. It's a different way of interpreting "C" and "Z".

(Hey, maybe you don't care, but you should care enough or not at all)

My main thing is that every entry seems to be the same damn thing. "Went to the club. Wow, look at all these people. Here's a picture of some random beautiful person. Going to do to the same thing tomorrow, ad infinitum."

Yawn.

I mean, really, who cares? A bunch of people with a lot of disposable income and chemical dependencies look pretty and shake their booty. And.....?

Makes Mixmag look deep in comparison, and that's saying something.

Of course, we mole people despise all surface dwellers and norms, so YMMV. :)

Feh. These people make the Williamsburg hipsters look like Mensa candidates.

On the other hand, there are a lot of exposed, tanned boobies on this site, so I guess it isn't a total loss. :)
