I watched this the other day. To paraphrase Samuel Jackson, "My wife is an Oprah-watcher, which pretty much makes me an Oprah-watcher."
I thought it notable, that Oprah, when describing the iPod, allegedly one of "her favorite things", seemed to be totally clueless about how it worked. She didn't know how to start it playing. When her tech guy pointed to the button and she got it started, she danced for a few seconds, then turned to him and asked in an incredulous voice "That music is coming out of this?" She didn't know how to get music into it. She really didn't seem to know anything about it, which I found disappointing.

Come on people, they're only $300 bucks! Just don't go to starbucks for six months. Spend! Spend!
Or tell your boss you need a firewire-enabled portable backup unit for transporting files from work to home.

Sounds like corporate sponsorship. What's Apple giving her? Unlimited iTunes perhaps? ;-)

Yeah that's a rerun of the "spring" christmas-like giveaway show. I drooled when they mentioned the ipods. She also gave away 4 mp digital cams and the little HP photo printers. I had the shakes.

For the first and probably last time ever, I'm totally jealous of people who were in an Oprah audience.
VERY jealous.

I'll be losing major geek cred for admitting I know this, but that show was a rerun. A friend of mine who watches Oprah regularly told me about this at least a month ago.
